The Hongnam Student Housing complex comprises 13 buildings, some devoted strictly to dormitories and others to small apartments, arranged to form 1 large and 1 smaller courtyard. At the heart of the project are 6 buildings and parking structures of the town center, with larger apartments and commercial space.
